Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. About us
These terms apply to the website and services of FANIX LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17451585), registered office Flat 4 Louis Court, South Road, Smethwick, B67 7BT. Contact: Fanixlimited@gmail.com.
2. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or use it to send spam.
Portfolio items and case studies marked “Sample Project”, “Concept”, “Example Build” or “Concept Case Study” are illustrative examples and do not represent work for real clients.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown are starting prices for defined scopes. Larger or more complex projects are quoted individually after requirements are reviewed.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Before any work begins, we confirm the scope, price, timescale and payment terms in writing. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and only carried out with your agreement.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed for each project before work starts. For larger projects we may request a deposit and stage payments linked to agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and feedback in reasonable time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, images or materials you give us to use.
- Provide access to accounts, hosting or systems where needed to complete the work.
Delays in providing content, feedback or access may affect agreed timescales.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a project has been paid for in full, you own the bespoke work we create specifically for you. Third-party software, open-source libraries, platforms, fonts and licensed assets remain subject to their own licences. We may retain and reuse our general know-how, tools and non-client-specific code.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers and e-commerce platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their fees are payable by you unless agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.
8. Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit, revenue or data. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a project by giving written notice. You will be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation. If you are a consumer, you may also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.
